Return & Replacement Policy

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for any products, as all items are carefully checked and securely packed.

  • Only damaged or defective items are eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged product along with a box opening video for verification.

  • If the same item is available, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund which will be processed within 2–3 business days through the original method of payment.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
