Return & Replacement Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges for any products, as all items are carefully checked and securely packed.
Only damaged or defective items are eligible for a replacement or refund.
If you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos of the damaged product along with a box opening video for verification.
If the same item is available, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund which will be processed within 2–3 business days through the original method of payment.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
